CONDITIONS

• No driving time is charged for the first 50 miles on each assignment. Additional driving time3 is charged at our applicable hourly rate. Both driving time and mileage are strictly prorated between assignments.
• Full Cost of repair is the agreed cost to repair or replace3 before application of depreciation, deductible or other limited clauses. Agreement on cost of repair or replacement is sought with owner or contractor selected by owner.
• Official reports, telephone taxes, and other appraiser expenses at cost.
• Schedule excludes catastrophic situations.
• "Denials" and partial assignment at time and expense.
